I. Additional costs for purchase contracts

  5. Procedural costs and administrative charges for basic traffic procedures (different by country)
  6. Subsidized Loans for Condominium Properties and Home Ownership Acquisition by the Acquirer: In addition to the current repayment installment, extraordinary repayment of up to 50% of the outstanding capital or shortening of the term is possible. The acquirer has no legal claim to take over a subsidy loan.
  7. Possible adjoining services: according to the municipal regulations (opening costs and costs of building the land) and connection fees and costs (electricity, gas, water, canal, telephone, etc.)
  8. Agency commission (maximum commission according to §§ 19ff IMV 1996) of both clients (seller and buyer) plus 20% VAT.

II. Additional costs for mortgage loans

  3. Cost of the establishment of the deed of payment according to the tariff of the respective document erector
  4. Cash expenses for attestations and stamp duty according to tariff
  5. Cost of the possible estimate according to the expert rate
  6. Agency commission: may not exceed the amount of 2% of the loan amount, provided the agency is in connection with an agency pursuant to § 15 (1) IMVO. If there is no such relationship, the commission or other remuneration may not exceed 5% of the loan amount.
